The leather is stiff at first but breaks in beautifully, and the 1 3/8" width hits that perfect middle ground for office wear. I've worn it daily with suits for three weeks now and it still looks sharp, not flashy.
The ratchet mechanism clicks into place with a satisfying precision, and the matte black finish is subtle enough to disappear with my navy suit. I've worn it three days straight and the strap hasn't stretched a millimeter.
